The Guru spoke of three little things.  Well, i have just realised there is one big thing and that is keeping squash or any other sport you like going as long as you can.  We take so much for granted in our ability to twist and turn, move and recover, and that we laugh a lot about our challenges in sport which seems to take us to another level in life; the amusement, the adrenaline rush, the endorphins that activate our whole bodily system, must not be underrated. Sport keeps one organised, makes time management essential, activates our thoughts processes, gets the heart pumping, and so much more.  Why am i telling you this; i have gone from tennis to squash, squash to table tennis, and now my hips are letting me know it might be time to change to bowls.  Who would have thought!! This journey called life.

That is the truth.  I have been injured for 8 months and just do not get the same buzz out of life when just mozying about.  Feeling fit, having a low heart rate, laughing and competing, takes my mind and body to a new level.
