That was a big surprise for me to read the World Hardball Doubles results.  On further reading it became evident that players with top squash skills and experience can easily transfer to world class hardball doubles at a later stage/age. Not bad prizemoney either.

For those who remember the Tippett girls (Narelle and Natasha) from Brookside Squash Centre who relocated to the US to take up coaching positions, also appeared in the semis of these titles.
