Hey guys,

Have recently been diagnosed a damaged patellar ligament and was wondering if any of ye could advise on squash runners that might give me more support/cushioning to help prevent any more flare-ups.

Cheers in advance of any replies.

Shoes are a very personal item.  Damage to knees can come from running on hard surfaces with the jarring and impact - maybe look at the surface you are running on and try tor something more forgiving. Go to a shoe shop that does an impact print of your foot (Athletic Foot in Australia) where the pressure points are highlighted and shoes recommended accordingly for your type of foot (pronation, flat feet, etc).  A Sports Medicine Podiatrist would also be worth visiting as orthodics may help the condition.

Good luck with that and let us know how it goes.
