Wow, am I pleased with how the e-coach feature is working.  Making coach comments, student comments, video attachments are spot on.  Oh, and I am also modest!! This is really coming together very well. 

If anyone is having a problem sending a video please let us know.  One video came OK but with no picture and heaps of sound (I think that is a problem with the file and it probably needs to be redone/resent). 

After hearing problems our members have with their coaches maybe it is time to suggest the coaches send in a video of their student for comment and appraisal.  Group coaching was one of my specialties and this also lends itself to individual comments during group sessions.
