Squash Australia have advised that some pressure has been put on the ABC to get behind some local talent and broadcast some squash...wooppee!!
"ABC Grandstand Active with Simone Thurtell and Libby Trickett will be broadcasting from Yamba in New South Wales this coming Saturday from 12-2pm. I have spoken to Simone about featuring squash, bearing in mind the number of players coming out of Northern NSW and Steve Pilley will be on the show at some stage talking about the strength of squash in the region and the general importance of regional areas to Australian squash."
