Rippa Rita`s championship squash tip

A few consistent wins can make all the difference to your confidence.

A win/loss, see-saw effect tends to unnerve your confidence in your ability.

My advice is:

  • Don't let a win go to your head.
  • Don't skite and get blase about it, 'cos that will then create pressure down the track.
  • Always prepare yourself well.
  • View every opponent as a potential threat.

This comes from one who knows and has fallen into the trap - "yeah I got it" - right, and bingo down you go get flogged by an underdog!
