We all know how easy it is to be lazy over the holidays and then come back with a few kilos on the hips, shorts tight, slow and out of breath when we get back on court.  Take advantage of the break and try other activities to keep in some sort of shape so the climb back will not hurt so much.

Cross training is the way to go.
