you are absolutly right, those two guys gives me memories of the yuppie mentality from the eighties, and that is not something that the sport needs more of, its been there and done that..

so lincou vs hindi style playfulness would be appealing and some female players would not hurt..

I completely agree about the best advert being of people enjoying the game, but you'd have to admit that those guys didn't look too happy to me!

Perhaps we should get a film clip advertising squashgame? Get two players together and have a laugh making it (like Lincou and Hindi's Tecnifibre advert).

Could be a bit of fun!

I totally agree its not great squash, but i thought it's fun,
also I belive it is important take into account that a lot of people
just play for fun, and have no ambition of ever becoming really good,
they just want to enjoy themselves and hopefully improve their fitness level, so in one way seeing poor to mediocre players enjoying themselves, in my humble opinion can be real good advertisment for squash, and makes it easier for novices to pick this great sport that all of us on this forum really enjoy, because if the threshold for having a "right" to be on court becomes too high, there will be less recruitment to the sport or they just stay to themselves and we get a less vibrant squash community..

when that is said, I really enjoy seeing top level squash getting the exposeure and recognition it truly deserves

Might have been an award winning movie, but the level of squash wasn't exactly a great advert for the sport! Still, is always nice to see squash in the media.
