Maybe I should have also said,  "been ten-pin bowling lately"?

Every time a squash player hits the ball they are taking AIM.  To achieve the desired rebound into the court focus on the front wall target, know the right target on the front wall as that is the vital element. How can you hit the target if there is no AIM.  This especially applies when serving. Serving is a closed skill, but sometimes I could swear people are on-the-run.
