Raystrach is working on the videos. The first four pair training routine video clips are now added to the video list, as well as being placed in the Drills/Routine Library.

If you are new to pair training routines I recommend you start with the simple routines, eg Backhand Wall Rally.

NOTE: I have now tried to categories the Videos in the list to make it a bit easier to define the videos, eg Solo drills, Pair Drills, Pair Routines, so I hope that helps.

PS: All videos are placed within the relevant Squash Library Chapter with a small blurb. There will gradually be more work put into that Chapter now that the training videos are getting on-line.

Thanks drop shot - there are many more to come so keep looking. These training videos should liven up the Library Discussion too.

Those Routine videos and generally - videos make your site extraordinary and unique among the others! Applause, big time applause!

Good work. The Backhand Wall Rally is quite relevant to the recent thread about returning to the T. It shows how the players move past each other, and how the way around depends on the depth of the shot.
