The human mind is a very weird and wonderful thing.

Especially for the last few years, whenever the Christmas/New Year period comes around, I go into holiday mode. I still have heaps to do, but I allow myself the luxury of watching a little TV sport and being a little easier on myself if I am not as motivated as I possibly should be.

I have decided that holiday mode has to end - tomorrow!

I was much slacker today that I was going to be and did not get done the things I was planning - one of which was to do a short home strength session. A slightly sore back (from the swimming earlier in the week was a bit of a disincentive which I used as an excuse for being so slack)

Morning Walk

The usual walk was very uncomfortable caused by the 80% humidity - I was saturated by the time I got home. To make things interesting I am loading a pic of my dog, Mojo.

Light Exercise
  • Three sets of knee strength exercises (my strength is improving)
  • 5 minutes of light core strength exercises. (More on core strength)
Tomorrow I will find out if I can still play Squashsquash game squash extras How to add images to Members' Forum posts and replies here...
