I have recently purchased a copy of this via EBay.  I have found it useful as Chris goes through all the basic techniques for each type of shot (drive, crosscourt, lob, volley, drop, volley drop etc.), breaking it down into stages.  He also shows a variety of drills you can practice, both solo and with a partner.

It was filmed by squashlive.com in the all glass court at the Tournament of Champions, New York, with Shawn De Lierre from Canada as his drills partner, and is excellent quality.

I would say that this DVD is good both for anyone recently starting out in the game or for intermediates looking to improve their technique and tactics.
