Inside Sport have an interesting article on David Palmer's squash training.

Doing multiple 800m runs back to back, sprinting 600m and jogging 200m is impressive, as are 300 court sprints in 15 minutes. My own level of fitness is more like 15 court sprints in 300 minutes ;)
