Dear Rippa and dear Ray,
i write you for ask an important question..
sorry for my english..
in the last year i'have change seriously my swing becouse i have understand how is the proper stroke..
..and sometime the swing it's very good and i feel the ball very good, but sometime i don't feel the same sensation...
i have read every post about the wrist and the swing, but i don't find my solution...so i ask you...
the problem is my wrist...i've read that the grip, the modern grip is firm but not rigid, is relaxed..but some time seems to me that i use to much wrist...in this way i use less my arms...i think you undestand what i try to explain...
so i think the problem is my low grip in the handle on the racket...i have noticed that if i take my grip a little bit in the middle of the handle, i use less wrist and more my forehand...but sometime i feel less the ball than the grip lower...
so can you help me for this problem...the squash is my life and when i feel this problem i'm very frustated becouse i donì't know what is the solution...is change the grip?
my grip is like "english" grip, i the "v" from the thumbs and first finger is a little bit on the left on the handle of the racquet...
in your opinion, what i can do for this problem...change the grip? keep the wrist cocked?
change my swing?
can you help me please? for me is very important this thing..
thanks again rippa and ray for your attention and your precious teaching
