Rippa Rita`s championship squash tip
As the rally progresses, and particularly if the opponent is playing a deep driving game, there is a tendency to gradually move further back in the court, until finally, the opponent plays a quick boast.

This in turn forces a weaker return, due to the bad court positioning, and the slower forward movement to retrieve the ball.

If this keeps happening to you, consider:-
    • Don't turn your back to the opponent and back-pedal from the front of the court. Watch the ball at all times.
    • Move back into the centre court area after every return.
    • Hunt for volleys and that will automatically make you want to move forward.
It will be difficult to volley while back-pedalling.squash game squash extras How to add images to Members' Forum posts and replies here...
