So you do watch the ball?

Here is a pair routine showing some footwork (looks like dancing you think) when hurrying around the court. Notice the readiness of the players, watching the ball, racket ready, balanced strides, not too cramped up against the wall, as they approach the ball? See how much more pressure the volley then puts on the opponent?

i think the best example players who watch the ball constantly are Ashour and Matthew... they never let it of sight for even a milisecond. I love this drill...
