Once children have experienced fun with co-ordination activities their agility and movement will have improved to be able to cope with the extra skill required to play ball games.

Ball games require the following skills:

  • Reaction
  • Movement
  • Balance
  • Co-ordination
Once these games have been played and the children become fluent in their handling of the ball and movement they will be ready to lead into simple racket and ball games.
