I've been training on court using the Start-timer (see http://starttimer.mysite.orange.co.uk ) usually 3 times per week.

My concern is that although my playing speed has improved dramatically, I may be neglecting my core aerobic fitness.

Can you advise?

Thanks,

A.

Striking out Squash Injuries

This 50 page article by two well qualified and experienced squash players and featuring Roger Flynn ex VIS Coach will be very informative.

I was reading this article at squash talk recently which seems to suggest that squash is less aerobic and endurance related that people may think. The anerobic portions of a rally may be more important.

Do  you feel as though you're lacking aerobic fitness when playing a match?
