Rita, there was a link posted the other week to a 30-page PDF article about squash safety... was it removed and/or could you repost it? I haven't been able to find the post if it still exists. Thank you.

bozartek - I remembered searching for a structured reply to a question in the forum about injuries, so googled it and then it all came flowing back into my mind.  If I find the article I will link it.

PS

Ray has really archived the archives unintentionally I think, and it is on his list of things to do (not sure how far down the list though), and then it will be easier to find I am sure.  No key words seemed to work to find it either.

Here it is under Speed Training

It was either in the member's forum, news, or one of your tips of the day (sorry, I can't remember which one). It was a link to a sports/physio journal article published in Australia (dated from a few years ago) that discussed warmup and stretching, eye injuries and goggles, proper footwear, cardiovascular health and risk of heart attack, etc. among different age groups and levels of player. Basically it was a study of squash related injuries in Victoria (?) with proposals for increasing safety in the sport... kind of a review article. I don't remember who published it, but it was from a sports or science institute in AU. Sound at all familiar?

I need some more clues on this one as I have not been able to even get warm so far.  Was this article in Squash News,  Squash Library, Members Forum, Gold content, link to another squash site, a medical article from the internet ?

Was it about eyewear, stretching, muscles, etc ?

Sorry, I need more info and I thought I should have covered it with the relevant content tabs as well.
