Any info from anyone regarding a supplement or multivitamin that helps the niggles in the joints.

ok. as for suppliments, i recommend something containing hyaluronic acid, MSM, glucosamine and chondroitin. quite a few companies make something with all of these elements.

some people also find glucosamine, chondroitin and vitamin d to be effective.

i prefer the first combo.

 healthier diet? i've cut a lot of meat from my diet and I'm not sure if it's real or not, but after 2 months or so i think my joints are less sore and my recovery is much better after playing hard.
