hi,

i am an AS level studnt that is taking PE. as my coursework i have to write an essay analysing what fitness components are most important for squash. i was wondering if anybody had their own components or knows of any books or articles that can help me out. it would be very much appreciated.

There are many Universities whose lecturers have done in-depth studies on the subject. Maybe dropping them an email might be a good start? Two that I know of who are very good on the subject are:

Dr Nic James - UW Swansea

Dr Mike Hughes - UWIC

 

Both are experts in the field of squash and if you could get them to spare you 5 mins to write some pointers, I'm sure you could get a lot of valuable information from them.
